Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electronic relay. A housing (10) defines the exterior and the frame of the electronic relay of the present invention. The lateral surface of the housing (10), which is wider than the lower portion of the housing (10), is opened. An internal space (12) is formed in the housing (10). At the opened lateral surface, a printed circuit board (20) shields the internal space (12) from the outside. The lower portion of the housing (10) is shielded by a lower cover (24). At the housing (10), a fixed partition wall (14) is disposed in parallel with the inner surface of the internal space (12) to form a board installation part (16) for the installation of the printed circuit board (20). The edge of the printed circuit board (20) is inserted into the board installation part (16) and fixed. The lower end of the printed circuit board (20) is inserted into a board accommodation channel (28) disposed at the lower cover (24). A terminal (30) is mounted integrally on the lower cover (24) via insert molding. One end of the terminal (30) is soldered to the printed circuit board (20), and the other end penetrates the lower cover (24) and protrudes outside. According to the present invention, the area occupied by the lower surface of the housing (10) is minimized to reduce the installation area of the electronic relay while improving heat dissipation.
