Abstract:
An electronic scale comprising a front housing (1) and a bottom housing (2). The front housing (1) and the bottom housing (2) are connected therebetween by four sensor devices (3). Each sensor device (3) comprises a first fixed extremity (31) and a second fixed extremity (32). The first fixed extremity (31) and the second fixed extremity (32) are an integrated structure; the two distend under force to generate a sensing signal. The first fixed extremity (31) is fixedly connected to the bottom housing (2); and a gap is formed between the first fixed extremity (31) and the front housing (1). The second fixed extremity (32) is fixedly connected to the front housing (1); and a gap is formed between the second fixed extremity (32) and the bottom housing (2). Because the sensor devices (3) are fixedly connected directly to the front housing (1) and to the bottom housing (2), the front housing (1) and the bottom housing (2) as a whole apply a force to the four sensor devices (3), the applied force is transferred directly to the sensor devices (3), and complete transfer of the applied force to the sensor devices (3) is ensured, thus effectively preventing the problem of force distortion caused by support legs; during a weighing process, the problem of suspension is absent between the sensor devices (3) and either the front housing (1) or the bottom housing (2), and regardless of the type of ground surface, the four sensor devices (3) bear the force, thus ensuring weighing data accuracy.
