Abstract:
An electronic speed controller integrated circuit, comprising: a control module (11) and a driving module (12), the control module (11) and the driving module (12) being electrically connected; the driving module (12) further comprising an MOS transistor (124) and a driving circuit (122), the MOS transistor (124) and the driving circuit (122) being electrically connected. By means of the described connection method, the driving circuit (122), a power supply circuit (121), an operational amplifier (123), and the MOS transistor (124) can be integrated into the driving module (12), and the control module (11) is provided separately. When control policy needs to be changed or control module function needs to be updated, the control module (11) can be replaced or the algorithm of the control module (11) can be upgraded; when the driving capability cannot satisfy the requirement, the driving module (12) can be replaced; therefore, the upgrading of the circuit is convenient and fast, facilitating the transplanting of the algorithm, and shortening the development period.
