Abstract:
[Problem] To provide technology which enables electronic stamp technology to be applied to a parking lot. [Solution] An electronic stamp (10) is provided with: a protrusion pattern (11) formed using a conductive material; an electrical charge discharge means (20) for discharging electric charge when the protrusion pattern (11) is electrically charged; and a fixation means for fixing the electronic stamp body to a structure (2). Predetermined application software is installed in advance in a portable terminal (30) that will use the electronic stamp. When the protrusion pattern (11) is brought into contact with the portable terminal (30), the application causes data corresponding to the protrusion pattern (11) to be output to an output means such as a liquid crystal display or a speaker.
