Abstract:

An electronic tag implantation device comprises a tag stripping unit (1) for separating an electronic tag from a bottom film, a tag conveying unit (2) for conveying the electronic tag to a preset position, and a tag grabbing and attachment unit (3) for grabbing and attaching the electronic tag. When the electronic tag needs to be implanted into a product, the electronic tag is first separated from the bottom film by the tag stripping unit (1), then after the electronic tag is separated, the electronic tag detached from the bottom film is grabbed by the tag grabbing and attachment unit (3), then the tag conveying unit (2) conveys the tag grabbing and attachment unit (3) to a preset position, and the tag grabbing and attachment unit (3) attaches the electronic tag to a product, so as to complete the whole attachment process. According to the electronic tag implantation device, a process of stripping, grabbing, conveying and attaching the electronic tag is automatically implemented, the production efficiency can be effectively improved, and the risks of missing mounting and wrong mounting can be reduced, thereby effectively improving the product quality.
