Abstract:
In order to solve the problem to be addressed, the present invention provides an electronic value management device (10) which has: a receiving unit (11) for receiving the input of a charge amount; and a charging unit (12) for executing charge processing, by subtracting the charge amount from the remaining electronic value balance belonging to a providing entity and stored in a first storage unit, and adding the charge amount to the remaining electronic value balance belonging to a receiving entity and stored in a second storage unit.
