Abstract:
An electronic water pump (100) and a thermal management system (200) therefor. The electronic water pump (100) comprises a pump body assembly (30), a control board (20) and an insertion pin (11). The control board (20) and the insertion pin (11) are arranged in the pump body assembly (30), and the insertion pin (11) is electrically connected to the control board (20); the control board (20) is provided with a terminal (22), and the terminal (22) is internally provided with a cavity (221); and the insertion pin (11) comprises a body portion (113) and a first bending portion (111), wherein the first bending portion (111) is connected to one end of the body portion (113), the body portion (113) abuts against an inner wall of the cavity (221), and the end of the first bending portion (111) away from the body portion (113) abuts against the inner wall of the cavity (221), such that the insertion pin (11) is clamped in the cavity (221). The electronic water pump uses a insertion contact mode, such that the connection is firm, the assembly is simple, and the risk of pseudo soldering, solder spatter, etc. which are easily produced by soldering are avoided, thereby reducing the defective product rate of a production line and improving the product quality.
