Abstract:
An electronic water pump and vehicle. The electronic water pump comprises a housing (10), an end cover (20), a stator assembly (30), a stator injection molded body (31), a rotor assembly, a rotating shaft (50), and a control board (60). The housing (10) has a first accommodating cavity (101), a second accommodating cavity (102), and a third accommodating cavity (103); the end cover (20) is provided at one end of the housing (10) to close the third accommodating cavity (103); the stator injection molded body (31) and a part of the stator assembly (30) are disposed in the first accommodating cavity (101); the stator injection molded body (31) is formed by one injection molding to at least partially cover the stator assembly (30); the housing (10) is formed by over-injection molding to cover the stator injection molded body (31); the rotor assembly is disposed in the second accommodating cavity (102); one end of the rotating shaft (50) in the axial direction passes through the rotor assembly and is connected to a bottom wall (104); the control board (60) is located in the third accommodating cavity (103) or the end cover (20); and the other part of the stator assembly (30) penetrates through the bottom wall (104) to be connected to the control board (60). The electronic water pump has long service life, high performance, small size, and low cost.
