Abstract:
A detection apparatus (200) comprises a division unit (260b), a determination unit (260c) and an extraction unit (260d). The division unit (260b) divides each of a plurality of pieces of image data included in video information (250a) into a plurality of areas. The video information (250a) is the information of a video obtained by capturing an image projected by a projection apparatus that projects image data in which a plurality of pieces of electronic watermark information, the frequency and amplitude of which are constant and the phase of which is inverted according to whether bit 1 or bit 0 is indicated, are embedded in a synchronized manner. The determination unit (260c) extracts the amplitude of the electronic watermark information on the basis of the small areas of each piece of image data, and determines, as areas for extraction, successive areas for which the extracted amplitude of the electronic watermark information is constant. The extraction unit (260d) extracts, from the areas for extraction, information in accordance with the electronic watermark information.
