Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electroosmotic pump, the electroosmotic pump comprising: a membrane which allows fluid movement; and first and second electrodes which are arranged on both sides of the membrane and formed of porous materials or to have a porous shape to thereby allow fluid movement, wherein the first and second electrodes comprise conductive polymers mixed with anion polymers or consist of only porous carbons, and wherein electrochemical reaction between the first and the second electrodes occurs due to movement of cation or electrochemical reaction of the porous carbon itself.
