Abstract:
An electrophoresis-assisted micro-nano particle melting self-assembly surface modification equipment, comprising a working table (1), a particle solution mixing and circulation container (2), a processing tank (7), an infusion device, an electrophoresis-assistance device (12), a vacuum heating device (10) and an integrated control cabinet (11). Sacrificial particles having a lower melting point are kept in a molten state, and the molten particles wrap or adhere to another kind of modified particles and the surface of a metal workpiece (6), increasing the bonding force between the metal workpiece (6) and the micro-nano particles, and moreover, the characteristics of the modified particles make the metal surface hydrophobic and microtextured. The electrophoresis-assistance device can greatly improve the deposition efficiency of extremely fine particles in solution, and the deposition rate and deposition thickness can be adjusted by adjusting the electric field strength.
