Abstract:
In order to support the efficient analysis of electrophoresis results, the present invention comprises: a fluorescence calibration unit (201) that calculates fluorescence spectral data (D020) of a second specimen (D002) on the basis of signal charge data (D012) of the second specimen (D002); a color conversion processing unit (202) that calculates fluorescent color signal data (D033) on the basis of signal charge data (D013) of a third specimen (D003) and the fluorescence spectral data (D020), and calculates fluorescent color signal data (D031) on the basis of signal charge data (D011) of a first specimen (D001) and the fluorescence spectral data (D020); an intensity correction factor determination unit (203) that calculates an intensity correction factor (D040) from the fluorescent color signal data (D033); an intensity adjustment processing unit (204) that calculates color signal data (D050) by using the fluorescent color signal data (D031) and the intensity correction factor (D040); and a display device (301) that outputs the color signal data (D050).
