Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrophoresis support, an electrophoresis device, and a method for manufacturing an electrophoresis support with which it is possible to adjust an isoelectric point stably with high reproducibility. This electrophoresis support is to be used for electrophoresis of a sample, said support comprising: a carrier having therein a plurality of spaces through which a solution containing a sample flows; and fixed acceptor or donor ions to be doped in the carrier surface facing the spaces. Such a configuration makes it possible to stably provide an electrophoresis support having a highly reproducible isoelectric point.
