Abstract:
The present invention provides an electrophoretic device for research, the electrophoretic device comprising: a reception tank including a partition wall at the center part thereof and receiving an electrolyte solution therein; and a gel panel including a gel reception part for casting an acrylamide gel, a see-through panel configured so that the electrolyte solution flows in and out therethrough and a separation process of a sample protein is seen therethrough, an outflow prevention panel coupled to a rear side portion of the see-through panel and sealing the gel reception part, a power panel coupled to a rear side portion of the outflow prevention panel and including a sample reception part for receiving the sample protein therein, and a power supply part included in the power panel and supplying + power and – power to the reception tank and the sample reception part, respectively.
