Abstract:
The present invention provides, at a low cost: an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has sufficient solvent resistance and crack resistance when used in a liquid development system and that also has superior electrical characteristics; a manufacturing method therefor; and an electrophotographic device. Provided is an electrophotographic photoreceptor including: an electroconductive substrate 1; and a charge generation layer 3 and a charge transport layer 4 sequentially provided on the electroconductive substrate. The charge transport layer contains, as a binder resin, a copolymerized polycarbonate resin having a structure represented by general formula (1) and contains, as a hole transport substance, a compound having a structure represented by general formula (2).
