Abstract:
An electroplated steel wire tooth combined grinding wheel, comprising a base component for connecting an external apparatus, and a plurality of steel wire teeth (1). The plurality of steel wire teeth (1) are combined and assembled on the base component around a circle, and diamonds are plated on the outer walls of the steel wire teeth (1) to form grinding surfaces. The steel wire teeth are combined and assembled on a supporting base by means of a mechanical mode, the base is a reusable tool and can be reused, and the grinding surfaces combined by the steel wire teeth are convenient to be replaced, greatly reducing the renovation cost of the grinding wheel; and in the steel wire tooth combined grinding wheel, a drainage channel is naturally formed between the teeth and tooth arcs, facilitating internally cooled type cooling and rapid chip removal.
