Abstract:
An electrospark wire-electrode cutting machine includes a machine body (1), a wire-delivering mechanism (2) and a wire frame. The wire-delivering mechanism (2) includes a wire-delivering motor (14), a winding reel (13), a bracket (16), a wire-releasing frame (19) and a guiding device. The bracket (16) is fixedly installed, and the wire-delivering motor (14) and the winding reel (13) are installed on the bracket (16). Two guiding rods (17) parallel to the shaft of the winding reel are also installed on the bracket (16). The wire-delivering motor (14) drives the winding reel (13) to rotate via a clutch (26), and at the same time, the wire-delivering motor (14) drives the wire-releasing frame (19) to reciprocate along the guiding rods (17) via a synchronous belt transmission mechanism and a lead screw set.
