Abstract:
An electrospinning apparatus, comprising: a high-voltage power supply (10); a receiving device (9), which is electrically connected to a negative electrode of the high-voltage power supply (10); a rotary spinning generation device (1), which is electrically connected to a positive electrode of the high-voltage power supply (10); and a solution supply device, which supplies a spinning solution to the rotary spinning generation device (1), wherein the rotary spinning generation device (1) comprises: a solution supply tank, which receives and contains the spinning solution, and a plurality of rotating bodies (1-2), each rotating body (1-2) being at least partially located in the solution supply tank and being configured to rotate as same revolves around the center, so that at least part of the surface of the rotating body is coated with the spinning solution; and in an electrostatic field generated by the high-voltage power supply (10), the spinning solution is stretched under the effect of an electric-field force to form nanofibers and same are then deposited on the receiving device (9). By using the electrospinning apparatus, nanofibers can be mass produced, and the clogging of a fiber spray component and rapid volatilization of an organic solvent in a free-surface spinning solution can also be prevented.
