Abstract:
An electrostatic atomization device is provided with an electrostatic atomization device main unit (2) which generates charged water particles (M) by applying voltage to an atomized liquid (1), a housing (3) which has a passage space (S) through which the charged water particles (M) pass, and a saturation degree control means which supplies the vapor of a liquid (4) for growing the particle size into the passage space (S) to thereby increase the degree of saturation of the liquid (4) in the passage space (S).
By this configuration, the liquid (4) is condensed using the charged water particles (M) as cores, and the particle size of the charged water particles (M) can be freely controlled.
