Abstract:
An electrostatic automatic test system based on vision hybrid positioning. The system comprises an operation controller (1), an electrostatic discharge head module (2), a high-voltage shielding cable (3), an electrostatic generator host (4), a networking cable (5), a computer (6) provided with electrostatic automatic test software, a test base station (7), and a fixture (8); a CSV file of a PCB to be tested or a chip test tool is imported into the electrostatic automatic test software; the CSV file comprises names, silk-screen numbers, and coordinate information of all elements in the PCB; a machine vision and CSV file hybrid positioning algorithm is used; position coordinates of a test target are calculated; and the operation controller (1) is controlled to move a test probe of the electrostatic discharge head module (2) to the test target to complete the electrostatic test of the test target. The electrostatic generator host (4) is connected to the electrostatic discharge head module (2) by means of the high-voltage shielding cable (3) to eliminate the interference of a high-voltage electric field; the machine vision and CSV file hybrid positioning algorithm is used, such that the selection of a test point is more accurate; and an HV end and a COM end can be switched, such that greater flexibility is provided for test selection.
