Disclosed is a electrostatic coating device provided with: one or multiple nozzle assemblies (6) having a flow channel (2) through which a chargeable oil-based liquid flows and a circular discharge port (7d) communicating with one end of the flow channel (2); a device housing (11) which has a liquid introduction channel (13) communicating with the other end of the aforementioned flow channel and in which the one or multiple nozzle assemblies (6) are mounted; and a charging electrode (9) which extends into the liquid introduction channel (13) and charges the oil-based liquid, wherein the circular discharge port (7d) expands in the direction of discharge of the oil-based liquid.
