Abstract:
An electrostatic discharge circuit, an array substrate, and a display device. The electrostatic discharge circuit comprises a first signal line (10), a second signal line (20), and a first thin film transistor (40). The first thin film transistor (40) comprises a plurality of first sub-thin film transistors (04). Each of the first sub-thin film transistors (04) comprises a first source (041) and a first drain (042). The plurality of first sub-thin film transistors (04) is sequentially arranged. Adjacent first sub-thin film transistors (04) share a first source (041) or a first drain (042). One of the first signal line (10) and the second signal line (20) is electrically connected to the first drain (042) of each of the first sub-thin film transistors (04), and the other is electrically connected to the first source (041) of each of the first sub-thin film transistors (04). The electrostatic discharge circuit can increase the width-to-length ratio of the first thin film transistor and improve the current load capacity during discharge.
