Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to switch between a one-pack paint and a two-pack paint in one painting apparatus and prevents an end of a robot arm from being subjected to a large moment even when it is moved at high speed. A multi-valve unit (7) attached, via an insulating arm (6), at the back-surface side of a painting machine body (2) having a rotary atomizing head (5) is provided with a one-pack-paint-valve attaching part (8), to which paint valves (P1 to Pn) that selectively supply one-pack paints are attached, and a two-pack-paint-valve attaching part (9), to which main agent valves (M1 to M3) and a hardener valve (H) are attached. A one-pack/two-pack switching valve (12), which switches between the one-pack paint supplied from any of the paint valves (P1 to Pn) and the two-pack paint produced by mixing the main agent supplied from any of the main agent valves (M1 to M3) and the hardener supplied from the hardener valve (H) and which supplies the selected paint to the rotary atomizing head (5), is attached to the multi-valve unit (7).
