Abstract:
The present invention provides an electrostatic painting method using a conductor such as a metal or a conductive resin as a surface (21) to be painted, in which, in a state in which the generation of free ions is suppressed and the generation of an electrostatic field between a spray gun (1) and the surface (21) to be painted is suppressed, electrostatically charged paint is discharged from the spray gun (1) and is applied to the surface (21) to be painted.
