Abstract:
An electrostatic precipitator is disclosed. The electrostatic precipitator comprises: a housing for protecting internal components from the outside; two or more dust collecting units, each being accommodated in the housing and comprising a main driving axis, a plurality of discharge electrodes spaced at predetermined intervals with one another in the lengthwise direction of the main driving axis, a dust inlet pipe in a hollow pipe shape for accommodating the plurality of discharge electrodes, and a pipe fixing plate accommodated in the housing, connected to the dust inlet pipe, and penetrating through an upper end of the dust inlet pipe such that the dust inlet pipe is fixed in the housing; a control unit which is installed outside the housing and includes a power supply unit electrically connected to each of the plurality of discharge electrodes or the main driving axis such that electric power can be applied to the plurality of discharge electrodes; a dust collecting unit driving unit which is arranged above the dust collecting units in the housing and is connected to the main driving axis of each dust collecting unit to rotate the main driving axis; and a dust removing unit which is connected to the dust collecting unit driving unit and is disposed among the dust collecting units to hit the dust inlet pipe in each dust collecting unit such that the dust attached to the discharge electrodes can be removed by the hit impact.
