Abstract:
Provided is an electrostatic printing device capable of manufacturing, at low cost and with high reliability, an electrically conductive transparent electrode substrate used in organic EL elements and the like. This electrostatic printing device is characterized by including: a power supply (13); an electrically conductive ejection unit (11) that ejects an insulating film forming ink toward a target electrode (22); a control unit (12) that applies a bias voltage to the electrically conductive ejection unit (11); and a pulse control unit (14) that applies a pulse voltage to the target electrode (22).
