Abstract:
An electrostatic sorting device (500) sorts resin pieces (100a, 100b) by charging a plurality of types of resin pieces (100) that have been mixed, conveying the charged resin pieces (100a, 100b) to an electrostatic field space, and dropping the resin pieces (100a, 100b) while displacing the same within the electrostatic field space. The electrostatic sorting device (500) comprises an automatic amount-of-charge measurement system (7) that measures the amount of charge of the resin pieces (100a, 100b). The automatic amount-of-charge measurement system (7) collects some of the resin pieces (100a, 100b) during the conveyance and measures the amount of charge of the collected resin pieces (100a, 100b).
