Abstract:
In this electrostatic spraying device (10, 10', 10''), a liquid is released from the tip of a liquid spraying part (20) in an electrostatically charged state, and the released liquid is placed in an atomized state by electrostatic explosion and sprayed, the electrostatic spraying device being provided with at least a voltage applying means (51, 52', 51') for generating an electrostatic force for causing the electrostatically charged liquid to be released from the tip of the liquid spraying part (20). The liquid spraying part (20) has a liquid nozzle (22) having an opening (22b) as an outlet for the liquid, and a shaft (23) arranged so as to be able to move inside the liquid nozzle (22).
