Abstract:
An electrowetting substrate (100), an electrowetting display panel (10) and an electrowetting display apparatus (1). In the electrowetting substrate (100), first scanning lines (122a) and second scanning lines (122b) are alternately arranged; pixels are defined by data lines (121), the first scanning lines (122a) and the second scanning lines (122b); and first TFTs (125) connected to the first scanning lines (122a), and second TFTs (126) and third TFTs (127) connected to the second scanning lines (122b) are arranged in the pixels. A first metal layer (123), a second metal layer (124) and a reflection electrode layer (130) are sequentially arranged on a first substrate (110) so as to form a first storage capacitor (C1) and a second storage capacitor (C2). When the first scanning lines (122a) are conducted, the first TFTs (125) are turned on, and the second storage capacitor (C2) and the first storage capacitor (C1) are connected in series, such that the overall capacitance is small, charging is fast, and rapid refreshing can be realized. When the second scanning lines (122b) are conducted, the second TFTs (126) and the third TFTs (127) are enabled in a linked manner, the second storage capacitor (C2) is short-circuited, and the first storage capacitor (C1) can realize a relatively long voltage holding time, such that a bistable state is realized, and the power consumption is reduced.
