Abstract:
An elevator accessory polishing device having a high automation degree, relating to the field of mechanical accessory polishing devices. The elevator accessory polishing device comprises a main plate (1), wherein several placing seats (2) are symmetrically mounted on an upper surface of the main plate (1); a rotating electric motor (3) is mounted on an upper surface of each of the placing seats (2); a threaded column (4) is rotatably connected to one surface of the rotating electric motor (3); a threaded block (6) is in threaded connection with a circumferential surface of the threaded column (4); a supporting frame (7) is mounted on two opposite surfaces of each of the threaded blocks (6); a fixing plate (8) is mounted on one surface of the supporting frame (7); a groove (11) is provided on the upper surface of the main plate (1); and a driving electric motor (12) is mounted in the groove (11). The rotating electric motors (3) drive the threaded columns (4) to rotate, so as to drive the threaded blocks (6) to move, and the threaded blocks (6) drive the fixing plates (8) to move by means of the supporting frames (7), such that accessories of different specifications can be conveniently fixed by means of the fixing plates (8), and the accessories are prevented from moving and are conveniently polished; and the driving electric motor (12) drives threaded rods (13) to rotate, so as to drive threaded plates (14) to move in the groove (11), such that the position of a polishing piece is convenient to adjust, and different positions of the accessory are convenient to polish.
