Abstract:
Provided is a calibration system such that it is possible to more easily confirm whether or not the orientation of an elevator camera has been adjusted. The calibration system (27) comprises an image acquisition unit (29), a vanishing point detection unit (34), and an orientation calculation unit (35). The image acquisition unit (29) acquires an image captured by a camera (13) that is installed in a car (9). The car (9) travels in a hoistway (2) of an elevator (1). The vanishing point detection unit (34) detects the vanishing points of a plurality of straight lines parallel to the travel direction of the car (9) from the image acquired by the image acquisition unit (29). The orientation calculation unit (35) calculates the orientation of the camera (13) on the basis of the positions in the image of the vanishing points detected by the vanishing point detection unit (34).
