Abstract:
This invention is an elevator control device, etc., the elevator control device being provided with: a floor position detector for detecting, using a landing plate detector provided to a cage, landing plates provided to floor positions in a hoistway, and detecting a floor position; a cage travel distance detector for detecting the travel distance of the cage on the basis of the movement of a governor rope or a main rope; a drive controller for performing a storey height learning operation on the cage during storey height learning; a measurement processor for measuring the storey height from the detected floor position and the travel distance of the cage, during the storey height learning operation; and a storage unit for storing the measured storey height. During the storey height learning operation, the drive controller causes the cage to pass the landing plate of at least the lowermost storey at a given speed.
