Abstract:
Provided is an elevator control device capable of ensuring user safety. The elevator control device comprises: an elevator landing call information storage unit that differentiates and stores user landing call information and robot landing call information; an elevator landing call allocation unit that, if user landing call information is stored in the elevator landing call information storage unit, allocates either a first elevator car or a second elevator car to the user landing call and, if robot landing call information is stored in the elevator landing call information storage unit, allocates the other out of the first elevator car and the second elevator car to the robot landing call; and an elevator car control unit that controls the travel of the first elevator car and the travel of the second elevator car such that the response, by the elevator landing call allocation unit, of either the first elevator car or the second elevator car to the user landing call is prioritized over the response of the other out of the first elevator car and the second elevator car to the robot landing call.
