Abstract:
An elevator control method. The method comprises: according to an received elevator taking instruction, determining, in real time, whether a person exists on a set region of a corresponding floor; when the person exists on the set region, determining whether the height of the person reaches a set height; when the height of the person does not reach the set height, defining the person as a child, and controlling a door of the elevator on the floor to be closed; generating and playing child soothing educational voice information to educate the child not to take the elevator without adult escort; and generating alarm information, and sending the alarm information to a preset intelligent terminal, so that an intelligent terminal side user can perform relevant processing at the first time. Also disclosed is an elevator control device. By using the elevator control method and device, children who are not accompanied by adults can be effectively prevent from taking an elevator, thereby ensuring the life safety of the people.
