Abstract:
Provided is an elevator control system configured to enable an increase in transportation efficiency. This elevator control system 100 is a system for controlling a multi-car elevator in which a loop 112 is formed by connecting a plurality of cars 113 and in which the cars 113 are caused to move in a circulating manner within a hoistway, wherein a prescribed car 113 that is stopped at a prescribed platform where a platform call is generated is determined in units of loops on the basis of a condition related to each car forming the loop 112. This makes it possible to determine, in units of loops, a prescribed car that is stopped at a prescribed floor where a platform call is generated, therefore making it possible to realize transportation that is optimized overall.
