Abstract:
Provided is an elevator control system which can report a specific current state of an elevator to passengers in a cage when shifting to a controlled operation. The elevator control system can be applied to various types of elevators at a reasonable cost. For example, in a control system for an elevator having an controlled operation function upon an occurrence of an earthquake, when an earthquake sensor detects an occurrence of an earthquake of a predetermined intensity requiring a shift of the elevator to the controlled operation upon an earthquake, a button control means controls ON/OFF of a button lamp built in each of the destination buttons. Thus, by using the destination button, the current state of the elevator is displayed in the cage.
