Abstract:
Provided is an elevator control system that can teach users an evacuation plan at normal times. The elevator control system comprises: a disaster occurrence determination unit 10; a personnel information storage unit 11 that stores, by floor, attribute information for each user present on each floor of a building; a boarding and exiting detection unit 7 that detects boarding into and exiting from an elevator car; an attribute detection unit 8 that detects attribute information for a user; a personnel information update unit 12 that updates the stored content in the personnel information storage unit 11 on the basis of detection results of the boarding and exiting detection unit 7 and the attribute detection unit 8; a number of personnel learning unit 15 that calculates, by floor, the number of users of an evacuation elevator and the number of non-users of an evacuation elevator on the basis of the stored content in the personnel information storage unit 11 when the disaster occurrence determination unit 10 has determined that there is no disaster; a number of personnel storage unit 16 that stores, by floor, the number of users of an evacuation elevator and the number of non-users of an evacuation elevator; and an evacuation plan creation unit 23 that creates an evacuation plan on the basis of the stored content in the number of personnel storage unit 16.
