Abstract:
Provided is an elevator device that can prevent a control panel housing from warping due to the weight of a front door during maintenance inspection. This elevator device comprises: a control panel 1 that is provided in an elevator shaft and that has a housing 2 in which an opening is formed and a front door 3 that moves between a closed position in which the opening is closed and an opened position in which the opening is open; and a support plate 20 that is provided in a safety rail 19 supported by a car 18 and that moves between a bridging position of being disposed so as to bridge the safety rail 19 and the control panel 1 and a separated position of being separated from the control panel 1; wherein the front door 3 is supported by the support plate 20 and the safety rail 19 when the support plate 20 is in the bridging position and the front door 3 is moving between the closed position and the opened position.
