Abstract:
An elevator dispatching method and device, a server, and a computer-readable storage medium. The elevator dispatching method is applied to a server (303), and comprises: determining an elevator dispatching request, wherein the elevator dispatching request comprises starting floor information and target floor information; determining, according to the elevator dispatching request and operation information of elevators that can be dispatched, a target elevator dispatched for a target robot (304); generating a control instruction according to the starting floor information, the target floor information, and identity information of the target elevator; and sending the control instruction to an elevator control device (30), wherein the elevator control device (30) controls the target elevator to move. By using this method, when there are multiple elevators in a building, the elevators can be dispatched so that the robot can automatically enter, exit and ride the elevators in the building.
