Abstract:
Provided is an elevator display device such that unevenness of light can be minimized without increasing the number of light sources. The elevator display device is equipped with: a display body that is provided to a landing or a car of an elevator and formed from an optically-transparent material; a light source that emits light to the display body; a reflecting cover that separates the space between the light source and the display body from another space and reflects light; a filter that is provided on the side of the display body facing the light source and diffuses the light emitted by the light source; and reflecting bodies that are provided on the side of the filter facing the light source in such a manner that the percentage of reflecting bodies present increases with increasing proximity to the light source, said reflecting bodies reflecting the light emitted by the light source and the light reflected by the reflecting cover.
