Abstract:
In the related art, a door of an elevator may come off when a load is imposed on the door, for example, a human being collides against the door. The purpose of the invention is to provide a door prevented from coming off even when a load is imposed on the door. To accomplish the purpose, a door device of this elevator is provided with a retainer held at a lower portion of the door so as to be capable of moving up and down and including a tip portion inserted into a sill groove, a first magnetic substance mounted in the retainer, and a second magnetic substance disposed at a bottom portion of the sill groove and repelling the first magnetic substance to keep a constant distance from the first magnetic substance.
