Abstract:
An elevator driving device (22), wherein a waterproof motor main body (23) is used, a traction sheave (24) and a brake device (25) are covered with a sheave waterproof cover (26) and a brake waterproof cover (28), respectively, the motor main body frame is not covered with a waterproof cover but exposed to the inside of a hoistway, and the extracted part of a rope (9) from the sheave waterproof cover (26) is enclosed by a cylindrical rope waterproof cover (29).
