Abstract:
Elevator equipment, comprising a first main rope, a second main rope having a second car side end part connected to a first lower car suspending part and a second balance weight side end par connected to a second balance weight, and a third main rope having a third car side end part connected to a second lower car suspending part and a third balance weight side end part connected to the second balance weight, wherein an upper car and a first balance weight are suspended by a first main rope wound on the first drive sheave of a first drive device, the second and third main ropes are wound on the second drive sheave of a second drive device, a lower car having the first and second lower car suspending parts and the second balance weight are suspended by the second and third main ropes, and the first and second lower car suspending parts are disposed symmetrically with respect to the gravity center of the lower car.
