Abstract:
This elevator group management control device comprises: a route intersection determination apparatus that determines, when a destination call requiring going through a transfer floor has been registered, whether routes that connect a transfer source car and a transfer destination car intersect on the transfer floor; an estimated arrival time calculator that calculates the estimated time of arrival at which each transfer source car is to arrive at the transfer floor; an arrival time difference calculator that calculates the difference in arrival times; a user approach determination apparatus that determines the possibility of a user approaching on the transfer floor; and a car controller that shifts the time for each transfer source car to arrive at the transfer floor when the user approach determination apparatus determines that a user is approaching.
