Abstract:
The group management device 10 according to the present disclosure comprises a registration unit 11b, a calculation unit 11c, and a selection unit 11d. The registration unit 11b performs call registration of a hall floor, a destination floor, and an allocated car when a user makes a hall destination call using a hall destination call device 20, 30. The calculation unit 11c calculates, for the hall destination call, the time period that the user is expected to stay in the car. If the time period of stay in the car for a past hall destination call that has already been registered by the registration unit 11b and to which a car different than the car for a new hall destination call has been allocated, is shorter than the time period of stay in the car calculated for the new hall destination call by the calculation unit 11c, the selection unit 11d selects the past hall destination call as an alternative candidate for call registration of the new hall destination call.
