Abstract:
In an elevator device, a housing is provided with a cylindrical stator attaching section. The housing is provided with a main shaft positioned at the center of the stator attaching section. A driving sheave is rotatable around the axis of the main shaft. A motor stator is attached to the outer periphery of the stator attaching section. The driving sheave has a motor rotor attached thereto so as to be opposed to the motor stator.
