Abstract:
An elevator management method and device. The method comprises: an internet-of-things center can receive a real-time elevator state sent by a fault collection device mounted on each elevator in a managed region (201); monitor whether real-time elevator state data of each elevator is abnormal (202); and when it is found that real-time elevator state data of an elevator is abnormal, the internet-of-things center directly notifies a maintainer of the elevator, so that the maintainer can accurately find the abnormal elevator and can maintain the elevator in time (203). In the elevator management method and device, an elevator in a region is managed and maintained through the internet of things, and the accuracy and timeliness of the elevator management are improved.
