Abstract:
Provided are an elevator monitoring system and an elevator system that can predict a failure when a failure is likely to occur. The elevator system (1) comprises a monitoring system (3) and an elevator (2). The elevator (2) includes a plurality of units (5) and a control unit (6). Each unit (5) includes a cage (7). The control unit (6) manages the assignment of calls to the plurality of units (5). The monitoring system (3) includes a collecting unit (14) and a prediction unit (15). When failure information is received from a first unit among the plurality of units (5), the collecting unit (14) collects diagnostic data on a second unit that does not transmit the failure information among the plurality of units (5). When the collecting unit (14) collects the diagnostic data on the second unit, the prediction unit (15) predicts the failure of the second unit on the basis of the diagnostic data.
