Abstract:
[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] When a cage call or platform call at a floor at which the faulty operation of an entrance/exit door of an elevator cage is registered, a faulty door operation floor storing means judges the direction of an entrance/exit door at that floor, the cage call or the platform call of an entrance/exit door in a direction different from that of the faulty-operation entrance/exit door is automatically registered when that floor is a walk-through floor based on floor setting data, the cage call or the platform call of a faulty-operation entrance/exit door is cancelled, and this is informed to users. When the floor setting data shows that floor is non-walk-through floor, the cage call or platform call of a faulty-operation entrance/exit door is cancelled, and a guiding means informs users the faulty operation of a faulty-operation entrance/exit door and guides users at which the faulty operation of an entrance/exit door to a floor other than a floor at which the faulty operation of an entrance/exit door is encountered.
