Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an operation button (13) for which a reduction in visibility of an operation result is prevented while the degree of freedom of an operation surface (S) is improved, and an operation panel. The operation button (13) is provided with a button unit (24), a button cap (25), and an adaptor (26). The button unit (24) has, in a first region (R1) of a front surface thereof, first light-emitting elements (33) for emitting visible light. The button unit (24) detects an operation by a user. The button cap (25) allows visible light to pass therethrough. The button cap (25) has an operation surface (S) on a front surface thereof. The adaptor (26) is attached to a front surface of the button unit (24). The button cap (25) is attached to a front surface of the adaptor (26). The adaptor (26) has, on the front surface thereof in a region outside the first region (R1), second light-emitting elements (36) for emitting visible light.
